This was one of our book club books. I had such a hard time with it for so long. The grandfather's letters pulled me in and then I could not put it down. I'm curious to see how I feel about the movie.

I loved Everything is Illuminated too, which was also based on a Foer book, but I didn't like the book that much - that and this one seemed kinda "ramble-y." I checked out EL&IC to read but it was pretty long and I didn't get to read it before I had to return it to the library.

But yes, definitely see this movie! I saw it such a long time ago but it turned out that was the only screening they did (an 11am one, so I played hooky from work for the morning, lol) so I'm glad I went. :)

I really want to see this movie :). It looks real...
